Small Universal Valve Lockout Base Clamping Unit.

• For Butterfly valves, this can be used as supplied. The clamp attaches to the butterfly valve lever, preventing the trigger handle from being squeezed.
• For Ball valves, use blocking arms (not included). Part numbers ACC-065402.
